To be clear: the head of the NSA would have you believe that of course they balance Liberty and justice every moment. However he can't tell you how they do it, when they do it, or whom they do it to. So where is the transparency? How do we know you're capable of balancing liberty and justice let alone protecting our civil rights. How do we know? The NSA is yet another federal agency that must be dismantled. It is not constitutional and does not represent the people nor does it effectively secure the safety of this country.
